Remy’s originally opened March 4, 1984, at the corner of Dunnigan’s Alley & Arrow Rd. Remy’s quickly became a favorite of Islanders and visitors as well. Remy’s has always been known for its fresh local seafood, generous portions and for being a second home to the island's F&B crowd.

Remy’s kitchen is open from 11 am until late night (3 AM during the week and 1:30 AM on the weekends). Remy’s live music venue has been home to some of the island’s favorite bands.

The original Remy’s was purchased by the Town of Hilton Head to be the cornerstone of the Dunnigan’s Alley Renovation Project. Remy’s relocated across the parking lot upstairs of Prescott’s Steak & Seafood for a few years. The new Remy’s in Heritage Plaza, 81 Pope Avenue, opened December 10, 2007, and long-time patrons say it has the feel of the “Old Remy’s”.
